Please be aware that the City of Santa Fe now requires a permit for any electrical reconnection. This process is managed directly by the city’s Community Services Department and may necessitate an inspection.

Trash and Recycling Services

Trash and recycling services are provided by Ameriwaste, located at 3894 E Highway 6, Alvin, TX 77511. They can be reached directly at 281-331-8400.

Collection days are Wednesday and Saturday.

Water and Sewer Services

Water and sewer services are provided by the city and submetered by our management company. For any water or sewer issues, please contact our management office directly.

Mail Service

The cluster mailbox is managed directly by the United States Postal Service (USPS) located at 13002 Highway 6, Santa Fe, TX 77510-9998. They can be reached at 409-927-2677.

If you need a lock replacement or have lost your mailbox key, please visit the post office to complete the necessary form and provide a copy of your lease. If you require a copy of your lease, please contact our management office.

Please note that the USPS is responsible for the maintenance of cluster mailboxes, including key and lock replacements.
