Jack Baczek

Hi, I’m Jack Baczek. I’m a dedicated family man and a community-focused operator at Marvel MHC, but beyond any title I like to think of myself as someone who genuinely cares about people. I believe deeply in building communities and caring for the people in them. There’s nothing quite like seeing neighbors come together and knowing I played a part in creating a place they’re proud to call home.
One of my favorite parts of what I do is working with owners who are considering selling their properties. It might sound odd, but helping an owner transition their community to us means we get to welcome new residents into the Marvel MHC family. For me, it’s not just a business transaction—it’s an opportunity to serve more people and ensure their community thrives. I approach every opportunity with honesty and a handshake, making sure everyone feels respected throughout the process.
That commitment to community runs deep for me, and it starts at home. In fact, my favorite investment isn’t a stock or a piece of real estate—it’s my family. I’m lucky to have a wonderful wife who is my partner in everything, and together we have children who keep our lives full of laughter and adventure. I love being involved in my kids’ lives, whether I’m coaching their soccer games, helping with homework, or just listening to their stories at the dinner table. They keep me humble and on my toes, and remind me what’s truly important in life.
When I’m not working or spending time with my family, you’ll probably find me learning or exploring something new. I’m a bit of a lifelong learner and adventurer at heart. I have an endless curiosity—whether it’s diving into a book on a subject I’ve never studied, traveling to a place I’ve never been, or trying a hobby that pushes me out of my comfort zone. Exploring new topics and experiences makes life richer (and it gives me great stories to share with the team!). It also helps me stay creative and open-minded in my work.
At the end of the day, I’m driven to live a full life and to provide honest value to everyone I work with. Whether you’re a resident in one of our communities or an investor looking to partner with us, you can trust that I’ll always be upfront, authentic, and dedicated to doing right by you.
